It is often easier to focus on our outward appearance than face up to what our inner being looks like – wary of what we might discover about ourselves. However, when we hold up the Bible as a mirror to ourselves, we can clearly see areas to change, develop as well as to celebrate. In the form of a reflective journal, Rosalyn helps us to:

This journal contains positive and uplifting insights that will remind us that we all have beauty within.

Aimed to be used as a spiritual check-up exercise, there are 42 sessions with areas to write, journal, draw, and doodle thoughts. Interspersed are also six longer reflections, which aim to draw together what has been uncovered.
