Little Black Book is meant to be shared during family reunions, performed during Black History Month and Juneteenth jamborees, displayed as conversational pieces on coffee tables, and read out loud anytime as an antidote to denial.  It is offered for you to  celebrate the miracle of our rising.  Just as the Spirituals served as codes of escape for the Underground Railroad, these iconic photographs along with original poems, open a gate for you to witness the reality of our journey.

As the pages turn, the script flips, and ancestral dreams are made tangible. Each adversity finds its transformation in a triumph that redeems.
